Headlamp Restoration

Headlamps typically cost an average of $200 per headlamp depending on the year and model. It takes about 3 years for the headlamps to start to fail, the factory UV film breaks down causing the headlamp to loose visibility function.

The restoration process is to remove the original failed laminate with a cutting agent or sanding then polishing the plastic to restore the clarity then restoring the UV protection with a clear coat composite that will last approximately 5 years from application.
